HVB/Unicredito Four year itch

What is it with Alessandro Profumo and German banks? If reports coming out of Munich are to be believed, Unicredito’s chief executive is again trying to snap one up. When he pursued Commerzbank four years ago, Unicredito’s shareholders were horrified – sufficiently so to make him think again.
