Carphone Warehouse: The skeletons emerge

David Ross’ sudden departure is another black mark against Carphone Warehouse. The co-founder and deputy chairman of the UK mobile retailer is leaving under a cloud after belatedly disclosing that he had pledged most of his 19% stake in the company against personal loans struck over the last two years.
