Bayer: Wenning’s chance

Werner Wenning, Bayer’s chief executive, should take a leaf out of Wolfgang Reitzle’s book. The Linde boss has indicated that he plans to use its takeover of BOC in the UK to restructure the conglomerate - selling its forklift trucks unit and focusing on industrial gases.
